Chef Sizth is operated by Sizth LLC. This policy covers AI credits and any paid plans.

AI credits

Credits pay for AI actions (photo scans, recipe parsing, pantry ideas, substitutions). Because each AI action is delivered immediately and consumes a real, non-recoverable model cost the moment you run it, used credits are non-refundable. Unused credit balances are generally non-refundable, but if you bought credits you never used and believe there's a genuine problem, contact us — we review reasonable requests case by case and will always honour your mandatory consumer rights.

Subscriptions

If a paid subscription is offered, you can cancel any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error or see an unauthorised charge, email us within 60 days and we'll investigate and correct genuine mistakes.
