This policy explains what Chef Sizth, operated by Sizth LLC, collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, and (if you set them) your dietary preferences and household.
• Content — photos you scan, recipes, shopping and pantry lists, meal plans, and cook reviews.
• Usage & billing — AI usage records (model, tokens, cost), credit transactions, and payment metadata held by our payment processor (we never store full card numbers).
• Technical — log and device data needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve Chef Sizth: generate recipes and lists, tailor results to your stated diet, bill AI usage, secure accounts, and provide support. Photos you scan are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter and the model you/we select) solely to produce your result.

3. Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Chef Sizth (hosting, AI inference, email, payments) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Recipes you choose to make public are visible to other users.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from your account settings; we then remove or anonymise your personal data within a grace period, keeping only what we must for legal and financial records.

5. Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data from your account settings, and adjust email preferences at any time. Contact us for any request we can't self-serve.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
