1. Who we are

Chef Sizth is operated by Sizth LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Chef Sizth you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Chef Sizth does

Chef Sizth lets you photograph a dish or your groceries and uses AI to turn them into recipes and a supermarket-aisle-sorted shopping list, plan meals, and share recipes. AI-generated recipes, nutrition estimates and ingredient suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate — use your own judgment, especially for allergies, dietary restrictions and food safety. We are not responsible for the outcome of any recipe you cook.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

4. AI credits & payments

AI features consume prepaid credits. Each AI action is charged based on the underlying model cost plus our margin, or a fixed price per action, as shown before you use it. Credits and any paid plans are billed through our payment processor. See the Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, recipes and other content you create. By posting a recipe publicly you grant Chef Sizth a non-exclusive licence to host, display and let other users view, save and remix it within the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no automated scraping beyond what we allow. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Termination

You may stop using Chef Sizth at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Unused credits are handled per the Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sizth LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sizth LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content or your misuse of the service.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of Chef Sizth are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we may ask you to accept the revised Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
